GolfPA Terms of Use & Service (Site Users)
By using our website, all users understand and agree to the following terms:

GolfPA has the ultimate right to modify, suspend, disable, or delete any account, post, comment, or user submission for reasons not limited to profane language, profane or illegal content, harassment, soliciting, spam, account interference, imitation, abuse the reward system, and/or violations of law.
2. Users must foster a positive and safe environment for all users.
3. Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or purchase services or gift cards from our site. Users may be asked to verify their age before making purchases. GolfPA reserves the right to suspend accounts we believe do not meet our age requirement.
4. Users must not already have an account suspended or disabled by GolfPA.
5. Users may not impersonate others and may not spread false or misleading information while using our services.
6. Users may not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading act.
7. Users cannot violate or encourage others to violate these Terms of Use and Services
8. Users cannot do any action that attempts or intends to interfere with or disrupt our Services.
9. Users cannot access or collect information or data from GolfPA or from other Users in unauthorized ways.
10. Users cannot sell, license, or purchase an account or data obtained from us or our Services.
11. Users may not post domains or links to outside websites on any of our web pages. Links to other pages on our site are permissible.
12. Users cannot advertise other products or services on our site without written consent from us.
13. Users cannot use someone else's personal or private information or infringe on someone's rights without permission.
14. Users cannot modify our content or service without explicit written permission from us.
15. GolfPA reserves the right to modify, alter, and delete, in whole or in part, our Terms of Service and Use at any time with or without notifying the end user. Users are responsible for checking, knowing, and following these Terms at all times while using our Services.
GolfPA Terms of Service and Use (Course Partners)
By utilizing our Services, all partnered courses, clubs, and businesses agree to the following terms:

1. GolfPA reserves the ultimate right to modify, suspend, or terminate our Services with a partnered course, club, or business at any time for any reason.
2. GolfPA reserves the right to refuse a refund of unused Services for partnered courses, clubs, or businesses that violate these Terms of Service and Use.
3. Partnered courses, clubs, and businesses (Collectively referred to as "Courses") agree to allow GolfPA to use their business name, business trademarks business address, and business logo, as well as any photos or videos of your business on our website and social media accounts.
4. Courses may not seek legal action against any site user. Site users may utilize partnered businesses' names and public
5. Courses may not attempt to intimidate, silence, harass, coerce, or blackmail any user or business.
5. Courses may not seek compensation for lost, unfulfilled, or incomplete Services; Courses may not seek legal action against GolfPA for any reason.
6. GolfPA reserves the right to add, modify, alter, or remove, in whole or part, the price or content of any Tier of Service.
7. Courses do not own any pages or parts of our website. Courses must submit changes and requests on pages that display their business to GolfPA.
8. Courses must also abide by the Terms of Service and Use under the "Site Users" section of this page.
9. GolfPA reserves the right to modify, alter, and delete, in whole or in part, our Terms of Service and Use at any time with or without notifying Courses. Courses are responsible for checking, knowing, and following these Terms at all times while using our Services.
10. Courses can expect to see their site page and forum page displayed on our website following the receipt of (1) payment in full and (2) all necessary and applicable descriptions, photos, videos, and resources needed to create such pages plus three (3) business days. Similarily, Courses will be displayed on our applicable social media platforms following receipt of the above requirements (1) and (2) plus three (3) business days.
